What exactly am I paying for?
You're paying to unlock the exact application link and instructions for one specific listing — not a subscription, not a CV review service. Once your phone number has unlocked a listing, you can view it again any time by re-entering that same number on the listing.
What if the job has already closed or the link doesn't work?
Closing dates are shown clearly before you unlock, so check that first. If a listing turns out to be inaccurate, contact our support team — listings are reviewed and incorrect ones are taken down or corrected.
Do I need to create an account?
No account is required to browse or unlock listings — you only need an M-Pesa-registered phone number to pay. Your unlocks are tied to that phone number, and this device will also remember what you've unlocked for convenience.
Is my M-Pesa number safe?
Yes. Payments are processed directly through Safaricom's Daraja API. We only receive confirmation that payment was made — we never see or store your M-Pesa PIN.
Does Kazi Link KE guarantee I'll get the job?
