KWFT Bank (Kenya Women Microfinance Bank) is a licensed microfinance bank focused on providing savings, credit and financial-inclusion services, particularly to women entrepreneurs, across Kenya. The Compliance & Risk Assistant attachment sits within the Compliance & Risk Department, where the attachee will support review of compliance documentation, assist with collection of risk-related data, and help monitor adherence to banking regulations, working alongside experienced staff and gaining hands-on, supervised exposure to how the organization runs on a day-to-day basis.
