Coast General Teaching & Referral Hospital is the main public referral hospital for the Coast region, providing outpatient, inpatient, maternity, laboratory and emergency medical services. The Laboratory Technologist Attachee attachment sits within the Laboratory Department, where the attachee will support specimen collection and processing, assist with basic laboratory testing under supervision, and help maintain laboratory equipment and records, working alongside experienced staff and gaining hands-on, supervised exposure to how the organization runs on a day-to-day basis.
