The intern will support show-preparation tasks such as researching topics and compiling playlists under supervision, assist producers with basic studio operations during live broadcasts, and help organise digital content for the group's radio brands and streaming platforms. Other duties include supporting social-media content scheduling tied to on-air programming, assisting with basic audio-editing tasks, and observing programming and content-planning meetings where appropriate. This attachment offers valuable, practical exposure to how a leading Kenyan media house produces engaging radio content across some of the country's most popular stations, alongside digital and podcast platforms. It is well suited to students pursuing mass communication, journalism, media production or digital content creation who wish to build hands-on broadcast experience. Interns will work under the mentorship of experienced producers and on-air presenters, receive orientation on studio procedures and the group's content standards, and are required to observe confidentiality regarding unreleased content and business information. On successful completion, interns receive a formal attachment certificate recognising the radio-production competencies gained during the programme.
