NCBA Group is offering an internship within its Digital Banking & Innovation department at its Upper Hill offices, for students interested in fintech and digital financial services. The intern will support testing of digital banking features under supervision, assist with compiling user-feedback summaries from mobile and internet-banking channels, and help document workflows for new digital product initiatives. Additional duties include supporting basic data analysis on digital-channel usage trends, assisting with preparation of materials for product-review meetings, and observing coordination sessions between the digital team and technology partners. This attachment offers valuable exposure to how a major regional bank designs, tests and rolls out digital banking and lending products, including mobile-based solutions used by millions of customers. It is well suited to students pursuing information technology, computer science, business information technology or finance who wish to build experience at the intersection of banking and technology. Interns will work under the guidance of digital-banking product officers, receive orientation on data protection and confidentiality requirements, and are expected to handle customer usage data responsibly throughout the placement. On completion, interns receive a formal certificate of attachment recognising the digital-banking competencies gained during the programme.
