Tharaka-Nithi County Government is the devolved county government of Tharaka-Nithi, responsible for county public services including health, ICT, finance, public works and community administration. The Communications & Public Relations Assistant attachment sits within the Communications Department, where the attachee will support drafting of public communications and press updates, assist with organizing community-outreach events, and help manage the county's social-media presence, working alongside experienced staff and gaining hands-on, supervised exposure to how the organization runs on a day-to-day basis.
